Privacy information

Updated on 30 October 2026

This information describes the use of data on the Omnilog website, including technical access records.

Who is responsible

Omnilog is responsible for the processing described here. For questions and requests about your personal data, contact software@omnilog.pt.

Enquiries and presentation requests

We use the information you provide in the forms to respond to your enquiry, check your contact details and handle your presentation request. Depending on the request, this is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We retain this information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.

Website statistics

The website measures visits, pages, referral sources, approximate locations, requests and recorded page activity. An estimated location does not establish your address or identity. A shared Internet connection can be used by several people.

Technical access records

For investigating suspicious access and technical problems, we record the network IP address observed by our server, the date and time, and an association with the measured visit and pages. An IP address can be personal data. The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in protecting and diagnosing the operation of the website. These technical records are not used to identify people for commercial prospecting.

Retention and access

IP records are kept for up to 30 days after capture. Expired records are excluded from consultation and automatically removed. Access is restricted to the people authorised to operate and support the website. Diagnostic report attachments managed by this system follow the same retention period; the statistical reports do not contain the full IP addresses.

Cookies and technical providers

The technical IP record is made on the server and does not add a cookie to identify visitors. Technical hosting and support providers may process data as necessary to operate the website. IP addresses from the diagnostic records are not published on the website.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact software@omnilog.pt, indicating the relevant date and circumstances so that we can assess the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
